We've Arrived

We arrived in Palm Coast last Friday to unload our boxes. We thank God for safe travel and a smooth transition to our new home and vicarage church. We spent the weekend in Orlando to visit our family and home church. The visit was short, but nice. Everyone was excited to see Ben, especially Jen's aunt and cousins and the members of our home congregation Prince of Peace. We're now settling in our new home in Palm Coast. The house is wonderful and I don't know how they'll get us to leave in a year. My first day at the office was on Tuesday and the week went well. My supervising pastor is very nice and is always available for questions and conversations. I am looking forward to working with him for the next year. I have also received a warm welcome from the other staff and many of the members. We'll meet the rest of the congregation tommorrow at a reception after the early service.
